• You would look after your customers in a way that they deserve – and ask for their opinions and feedback
• No longer would you feel you had to work to systems and procedures designed by someone else - you would create the ones you needed
• You would grow as a person – and feel increasingly fulfilled - yet remain motivated and driven to achieve your next goal (and, yes, you would feel frustrated from time to time – but, hey, this job has got to have some challenges else it wouldn’t be worth doing …)
